Returns & Exchanges

No Quibble Returns

At KinkyCherry we want you to enjoy and have fun with the products you buy from us. To guarantee an absolute satisfaction we can offer you either a full refund, or exchange your purchase if you are not completely happy or if your product is faulty. We hope you understand that there are a few exceptions around returning used products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Our Return & Exchange Policy Summed Up

You can return products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for something that is just right for you. Please note that all items returned must be in original condition and branded packaging, intact and undamaged with all labels, tags and security seals still in place (i.e. no scratches, seals broken or other signs of use). If this is not the case, or the item appears to have been used, it will be returned to you.

Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the date you place your order, therefore please inspect all items upon receipt and email us at support@kinkycherries.co.uk as soon as possible if any of your goods are faulty. For damage and part loss claims the damaged contents and all the packaging, including inner and outer, must be retained and presented upon request. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product and it is working correctly as soon as possible upon receiving the parcel. If you fail to notify us within 7 days of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in a working condition.

How to Return or Exchange?

1. Before you return the goods to KinkyCherries you must inform us by emailing at support@kinkycherries.co.uk - Include your transaction number, name, address and as much information as possible.

2. You’ll get a return slip from us with the Return Confirmation Reference Number. Package your items securely, please include the invoice that was sent with your order and post it back using the instructions given of the return slip. We recommend that you return your item to us by Recorded Delivery Post as these can be tracked or claimed for in the event of loss in transit. All returned products must be unopened, unworn / unused with security seals still in place and returned with all accessories, batteries and free gifts.

What cannot be returned?

Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned. Below is the list of items that are non-returnable: condoms, all pills, herbal sex aids, creams, gels, lubricants, massage oils, lingerie, underwear, DVDs, books, items where the ’hygiene patch’ has been removed, cosmetics where the seal has been broken, or Latex items. If Latex clothing have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back due to hygiene. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going for a larger size. Also, any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid with factory seals broken is non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to: vibrators and dildos, douche/enema kits, anal toys, beads and plugs, male masturbators, cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves, gags and ropes.

When will I receive my refund?

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - usually within seven days of us receiving your returned product in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will automatically refund you or credit your account with points and let you know via email. However, under the European Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you may not be refunded delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express/24hr) delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and the safe return of the item/s.

Remember, refunds can only be given on items, which are returned to us within 30 days of your purchase and with the Return Confirmation Reference Number.
